Tempus Insights was founded by Sean Tanaka, who previously led Bain &
Company's Growth Equity and Hedge Fund Due Diligence practice. During
his 12 years at Bain, Sean built and scaled specialized teams serving
premier growth equity, venture capital, and hedge fund clients.
As a Partner in Bain's Financial Investor Practice, Sean led over 100 due
diligence projects focused on Enterprise Software and Consumer Internet
companies. This deep expertise in technology investing and primary research
laid the foundation for Tempus.
Launched in 2023, Tempus Insights represents a new model for investment
research. We combine deep sector expertise, innovative research methodologies,
and proprietary research inputs to deliver research insights that unlock
better investment decisions.
